Snapfax Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Snapfax Referral Program allows Snapfax users to earn fax credits by referring friends to download and install Snapfax app. To participate, Snapfax Users must agree to these terms.

How to Earn Referral Fax Credits

• Both Snapfax user and the Referred Friend will be rewarded fax credits if the Snapfax user and the Referred Friend successfully completed the Referral Steps as defined here.
• The Snapfax user and the Referred Friend must not be the same person.

Referral Steps

• Snapfax users share their referral link to their friends (Referred Friends) via means such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, etc.
• A Referred Friend receives the referral link and clicks on the link which redirects to app store (Apple App Store, Google Play or Windows App Store). Referred Friend downloads and installs Snapfax app; OR A Referred Friend receives the referral link and clicks on the link which redirects to a web page of Snapfax and then the Referred Friend follows the redemption steps shown in the web page to download, install Snapfax app and input the referral code in the installed Snapfax app.

Referral Rewards

• If the Snapfax user and the Referred Friend completed the Referral Steps successfully, both of them will be rewarded with 2 fax credits.
• These 2 fax credits can be used in Snapfax app for sending faxes.

Multiple Referrals

• A Referred Friend can only redeem one referral link as mentioned in the Referral Steps.
• Attempting to redeem the same or other referral link will be failed if a Referred Friend has redeemed a referral link successfully before.

Maximum Number of Referrals

• A referral link can be redeemed by maximum 5 Referred Friends.
• If a referral link has been redeemed by 5 Referred Friends, the subsequent redemptions with this referral link will be failed.

Redemption Deadline

• A Referred Friend must complete the redemption of the referral link within 1 day after the first installation of Snapfax app in the device.
• Attempting to redeem the referral link 1 day after the first installation of Snapfax app will be failed.

Sharing Referral Links

• Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations.
• Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Sharing Program Information

• The Snapfax user must ensure that the Referred Friend welcomes this Program before sharing with him/her the program’s information. Snapfax app is not the sender of the information to any Referred Friends, and will not assume any responsibility thereon.

Severability

• If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Change

• Extracomm Inc. may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove rewarded fax credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
• We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

• We can update these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Extracomm Inc. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or to change this Promotion without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Extracomm Inc. shall be final.
